Voklino was founded on a straightforward observation: Croatian developers managing projects with multiple private investors lacked a dedicated visual documentation partner.
Construction projects in Croatia increasingly involve groups of private individuals pooling capital to fund residential and commercial developments. These investors — often geographically dispersed — rely on developers to keep them informed. But producing professional visual content takes time, equipment, and expertise that most development teams don't have in-house.
We saw a gap. Not in financial services, not in project management — but in the specific discipline of visual storytelling for construction progress. So we built a service focused entirely on that.
